Updates

When my wife and I were buying our property on the Country Club, one thing that we craved was information about the build of our house. Now we are here, it would be very useful if we knew where all the electricity cables and water pipes are. To try to help new buyers, I would like to offer an update service, based on two different levels of information.

If you would like a one-off report of the progress of your house, which would include up to 20 photos (by email) and a written status report, please email me with the details of your property and any specific information that you would like. The report should be emailed back to you within 3 days. The charge for this service is 15 euros (or 10 sterling) per visit.

Silver Service

This service would involve at least six photos every two weeks, or more frequently if building progress demands, sent by email, accompanied by a brief written report describing progress made since the last report.

The photos could be either as JPEG files of approx 45kb, or higher quality 450kb files, that could cause download time problems.

The charge for the first level is 100 euros (or 75 sterling). This would cover the entire period of the build of the house.

Gold service

This service would involve at least six photos and a brief written report every week, specific photos by reasonable request, again all by email, and a full CD Diary of all photos, including any extra ones taken, and reports at completion.

The photos could be either as JPEG files of approx 45kb, or higher quality 450kb files, that could cause download time problems.

The charge for this service is 200 euros (or 150 sterling), and again it would cover the entire build project.

Charges are subject to 16% IVA

If your build has already started, part term arrangements can be made if requested.

Terms and conditions

Both the photos and the reports remain my copyright until completion of the project.

Neither the photos nor the reports must be published elsewhere on the web until the completion of the project.

The service will be suspended for the month of August when there would be no work being carried out.

Every effort will be made on my part to obtain photos once the property has its doors in place, but cannot be guaranteed if the builders were to increase security beyond the levels so far experienced.

I will not communicate in any way with the builders on your behalf over any issues that could arise from the information I send you.

Payment would be expected within one month of the first report, assuming satisfaction with the service.
