The villa, which sleeps 6 people, consists of:

fully furnished and with cable TV, DVD, radio and CD player
- Fully fitted kitchen
with dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, toaster, expresso
coffee-maker, fridge freezer etc. Washing machine is in an
outside utility area.
- Spacious terraces for al fresco dining
with a large and strong wooden table.
- 2 double bed
rooms upstairs (one has twin beds the other has a King size
bed); both have French doors onto small balconies, one also has
a large private solarium /dining area with stunning views
- 1 double bed room (twin
beds) with French windows on ground floor
- 2 well equipped bathrooms – one on each
floor.
- Large south-facing
garden and patio areas (550sq m plot), with plenty of sunbathing
areas, surrounding private swimming pool which is professionally
cleaned once a week
- The patios and gardens
are well lit and secured; the house is connected to Securitas
via a professionally fitted alarm system.

need for a relaxing holiday: books, DVDs, games, stone barbecue and
fully equipped kitchen (we enjoy cooking ;-)
Ground level accommodation
suitable for the elderly or very young. Upper level
bedrooms/bathroom for the more mobile
NO SMOKING inside please, do it
outside and enjoy the garden views instead!
