The villa is fully air conditioned and has it's own very private 9 x 4 mtr swimming pool, which is cleaned weekly. The villa has all the facilities you need for a relaxed home from home holiday.

Furnished to the highest standard and includes: very comfortable English beds, log burner, cable TV, DVD, Stereos, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer etc. 

All rooms have hairdryers and as well as towels for use in the villa.  Pool towels are also supplied.
 
The large gardens (686 square meters) have been tastefully landscaped and have a variety of mature trees - orange, lemon, grapefruit, olive and palms
- outside lighting shows the trees off during the evening.  The gardens have been landscaped to provide privacy. 

The villa has numerous dining areas and sun lounging areas. 
 
A full range of activities are available and include outdoor table tennis, netball post, sun loungers, bikes, gas BBQ, numerous games, DVDs and books.  Tennis rackets are provided for use at the communal tennis courts.
 
THIS IS A NON SMOKING VILLA, although you are welcome to smoke outside.

These prices are for the first week, and are inclusive of cleaning. For second and subsequent weeks, 10% discount.

25% deposit secures your booking, the remaining due in full 6 weeks before arrival, along with refundable breakages deposit of £200.
