Beautiful detached villa, with own private pool.  Furnished to a very high standard offering all the amenities one would expect from a first class self catering property.  Located on the popular Mazarrón Country Club the villa is across the road from the on site restaurant and boasts a gas bbq, sunbeds and plenty of outside space for sunbathing and enjoying its own private pool.  Less than 10 minutes drive to an excellent 18 hole golf course and just 15 mins drive to the local paseo and beaches this villa has everything you could want for that perfect holiday any time of the year!

The villa is equipped with a cooker, fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle, iron, hairdryer, washing machine, central heating, air-conditioning, TV, video, DVD player and CD player.

The villa has a TV with a wide range of UK and European channels and a selection of DVDs. There are air conditioning/heating units to living area with ceiling fans in bedrooms.

Wi Fi is available at the on site bar/restaurant for the price of a cup of coffee/beer!

Furnished to a very high standard with extremely comfortable beds and fully equipped kitchen this is the perfect villa for a relaxing worry free holiday.

Just a short walk away there is a communal 'TROPICAL POOL COMPLEX' open during peak summer times (June-August). Here you will also find 3 tennis courts (so don't forget to bring your racquets), petanca courts and a Spanish restaurant serving tapas and evening meals.

This is a DETACHED VILLA which means you will be able to enjoy good levels of privacy which is a valuable requirement to a relaxing holiday. The private pool is fully surrounded by tiles, making it the ideal area for sunbathing. There is a gas BBQ, and plenty of outdoor furnishings to help provide a perfect setting in which to chill out and enjoy al fresco dining.

A refundable breakage deposit of £150 is payable on collection of the villa keys and will be refunded following property inspection and return of keys

* A deposit of £100 (150€) is required to secure a holiday booking

* Discounts available for long-stay bookings, please enquire

* Happy to consider short stays 3-4 nights, please enquire

* Full payment for the total will be required for all bookings made within 8 weeks of the start of your holiday

* A Security Deposit of £150 (200€) is held against damage/breakages and will be refunded after full inspection of the property and the return of keys

* If you have any special requirements (e.g. cots) we are happy to arrange these for an additional fee

* Payments accepted in Sterling or Euros by cheque or bank transfer
