The kitchen is well equipped having a dishwasher, microwave, oven/hob, extractor, fridge freezer, large George Forman grill, kettle, toaster and juice extractor. The living room opens onto a shaded terrace which is perfect for alfresco dining. There is a large table with seating for 6. From here you can admire the shimmering blue of the beautiful 8 by 5 metre swimming pool, irresistible and easily entered by wide roman steps. Cool off and relax with a glass of wine or enjoy a massage under the water fountain or on the Jacuzzi bench. You may never leave the pool side as four reclining sunloungers are provided with a parasol for some afternoon shade as well as a large charcoal BBQ. For those more active or entertaining children there are a number of patio games available such as giant dominoes, Coyts and inflatable darts. |

and vibrance. At night the garden and pool can
still be enjoyed thanks to feature lighting creating
a tranquil atmosphere.

The 2 bedrooms have fully fitted wardrobes and are attractively furnished. Both rooms have single beds making it suitable for families or friends sharing. The beds can easily be pushed together to form a double if required. (A single guest bed can be provided on request) Bed linen and towels for indoor use are provided. The villa has air-conditioning with additional fan lights in the bedrooms. Heating during colder periods is provided by the air-con and oil-filled radiators.

The shower room has a fitted shower cubicle with thermostatic mixer shower, toilet, washbasin and mirrored storage cabinet. There is a power point for electric razors and a hairdryer is provided. The washing machine is situated in the outside utility area together with a small sink. An iron and ironing board are provided. The villa is situated in a quiet area of the country club within a short stroll of the restaurant/bar. Other facilities include a large communal pool area with poolside bar and children’s pool (currently only open during summer months), tennis courts and petanque pitches (4 rackets and Boules set provided at the villa). |

There is a free bus service from the country club into
the town and port area where the main beaches and restaurant areas can
be found.
An information booklet is provided at the villa to help
you get the most from your holiday. In it are suggestions for, and
directions to, places to eat, drink and visit. We recommend the use of a
hire car to fully appreciate the surrounding area. The local town is 5
minutes drive with a selection of shops. The port is 10 minutes drive
with a wide range of shops and supermarkets. Here a palm lined paseo
stretches around the whole bay with numerous bars and restaurants. There
are several blue flag beaches in the area, and nudist beaches for the
more adventurous! If you are planning a day at the beach there is a cool
box and ice packs provided at the villa.
For those who like to explore there are numerous places
of interest to visit.
You can try a relaxing day at the thermal spa towns of
Archena or Fortuna.
Enjoy the breathtaking scenery of the Sierra Espuna
Mountains and hopefully spot the wild Boar!
Visit the largest guns Vickers ever made at the old
military post at Cabo Tinosa.
Take a trip to the cities of Murcia or Cartegena to enjoy
the numerous historical sites and attractions.
Shop till you drop at the newly built Nueva Condomina, a
shopper’s paradise!
Experience the acclaimed healing properties of the
natural mud baths at Lo Pagan.
For the golfing enthusiast there are several courses in
the surrounding area with the nearest being just a few miles away at
Camposol Golf. The spectacular Hacienda del Alamo golf course is
approximately 15 mins drive and the famous La Manga Golf Club is 30
minutes away (if you can afford the green fees!). Travelling south for
approximately 30 minutes will take you to the Desert Springs Golf Club,
the first desert course in Europe.
If you still have time to spare other local activities
available close by include horse riding, scuba diving, boat trips, bike
hire, go-karting, sailing and deep sea fishing.
There are several airports you can choose to fly to with
San Javier (Murcia) being the closest, approximately 45 mins drive away.
Alicante and Almeria airports are 1hour 15 mins drive away. To fully
appreciate the surrounding area, visit the supermarket, shops and
restaurants hiring a car is essential and this can be easily pre-booked
for collection at the airport. Alternatively, a taxi can be arranged for
your airport transfer, and further information on local taxis are
available at the villa.
You will be met at the villa by an on site resident who
will be available throughout your stay should you have any problems or
questions.
