Beautiful 2 bedroom detached villa (sleeps 4/5) with private HEATED swimming pool and full air-conditioning/heating 

The villa comprises of lounge/dining room, fitted kitchen, 1 king-size and 1 twin bedroom, shower room and is furnished to a high standard.

	The lounge/dining area has leather sofas and dining room table and chairs.  There is cable TV (32 channels including BBC & ITV) a DVD/CD player with a selection of DVDs/CDs and broadband internet connection with printer.

  The kitchen has a ceramic hob, full oven, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, George Foreman grilling machine and a good selection of cooking utensils and crockery.  There is also an iron and ironing board. 

The 2 bedrooms have fitted wardrobes.  There is also a single comfortable guest bed, travel cot and bed guard available for our smaller guests! 

 The shower room is fully fitted with high pressure shower, toilet, anti-mist mirror and washbasin.  There is also a socket for razors and a hairdryer is provided. 

Outside there are garden and terrace areas and a private 8 x 4 metre heated swimming pool.  There is a table with 6 chairs, sun loungers and a large charcoal BBQ.

In the utility area there is a washing machine and small sink together with a shed housing inflatables, outside toys, beach umbrella, cool box etc. All linen, bedding and towels (except for beach or pool use) are provided.  The villa is situated in a cul-de-sac on the Country Club and within 5 minutes walk from the restaurant area with communal pool (currently open July & August only), tennis courts and petanca pitches.  The golf course is not currently built.

The Country Club is served by Murcia (San Javier), Alicante and Almeria airports (45mins Toll Road , 1hr 15 mins and 1hr 15mins Toll Road) where cars can be hired.  Currently it is essential for visitors to hire a car to appreciate the surrounding area, visit the supermarket and local restaurants.

A full meet and greet service is provided by a Country Club resident.

 **Please note that in addition to the villa hire charge there is a 40 euros charge payable locally on collection of keys for cleaning and laundry (50 euros if a welcome pack is required)**
